		<description>A few corrections. Solutions (Torres) do report to OPK and is part of the GEB. But yes, you are right. Nokia fails to see the underlying strategic issues and seems to believe that the answer to the questions is to rely upon a few long-time heavyhitters in Nokia who previously could execute instead of understanding that the incumbent organizations and previous movers-shakers just like Motorola and Ericsson (when they were in phone business) could not adept.  And it seems like Nokia fails to adept when the dynamics of the industry no longer is producing the cheapest phone faster than others.</description>
